Fall/Spring Youth Studio Class Registration

  • one-time registration fee is required for the Fall/Spring session:

    • $50 for one student

    • $80 for families with two or more students
      Registration fees are charged during the month of enrollment and are non-refundable once classes begin.

  • Monthly tuition is based on the full session (August 18th through May 16th) rather than the number of classes in each individual month.

  • Tuition is automatically deducted on the 25th of each month (August–May), with one exception:

    • August: Two payments will be made—one for August tuition and one on August 25th for September’s tuition.

    • The final tuition payment will be on April 25th. with classes ending on May 16th.

  • Tuition is processed regardless of class attendance. While weekly make-up classes are not offered, dancers may be invited to attend bonus classes throughout the year.

  • $25 late fee will apply to any payments not received by the 5th of the month.
    Students will not be permitted to attend class until the account is current.

  • Tuition must be paid using the credit or debit card stored in your account. Please ensure your billing information is up to date to avoid missed payments and late fees.


Summer Registration

  • There is no registration fee for summer camps, classes, or intensives.

  • Tuition for all summer sessions is non-refundable once the session begins.
    Tuition will be processed within one week of the session start date. If a payment fails, you will receive an email notice. If the balance is not paid by the next calendar day, the spot will be offered to the next student on the waitlist.

  • Please note that each session, camp, or intensive must be paid for in full, regardless of how many days your child attends. It is not permitted to split attendance across multiple sessions while paying for only one.

  • Students may not attend summer sessions until tuition is paid in full.

  • $15 late fee will apply if payment is not received by the scheduled draft date.

  • We accept all major credit cards except American Express through our system. A convenience fee is included with each transaction.
    If you must pay with American Express, please contact the Director directly. Cash and checks are not accepted.


College & Adult Unlimited Class Pass

Our $200 College and Adult Unlimited Pass allows for unlimited attendance in College and Adult Classes taught by Dance Fusion Studios staff, with one payment per semester. Please note that Master Classes and Special Guest Classes are not included and will require an additional fee.

To purchase this pass, participants must be 18 years or older and must present a valid ID at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel enrollment and stop future tuition charges, an official cancellation notice must be submitted via email at least 30 days in advance of your intended cancellation date. Cancellation by phone or voicemail will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Tuition charges will not stop immediately upon notice.

  • Charges will continue for 30 days after the cancellation notice is received, regardless of attendance or participation.

  • All fees incurred during that 30-day period are still due in full.

In the event that Dance Fusion Studios must temporarily close, virtual classes will be offered. Families may choose whether to continue participation, and in this case, the 30-day cancellation requirement will be waived.

DFS Dancewear and Costumes:

DFS Dancewear is worn all year in class (see the link below for the attire guidelines and prices for each age group ).

non-refundable costume fee of $75.00 per class costume will be due on October 25th. Please note that once costumes are ordered, size exchanges may not be possible. If an exchange is allowed, any additional exchange or shipping fees will be the responsibility of the account holder.
If your dancer switches classes after their costume has been ordered, a new costume will need to be purchased for their new class. Unfortunately, costume companies do not offer refunds and generally only allow exchanges for a different size of the same costume, not a different style.
